Hi, my name is Steven Cottingham and for the past 40 years I have been helping Governments, Corporations, SME’s and individuals just like you, to take back control of their business and find the balance in their life.

If you’ve just arrived at this web site it’s probably because you have met me somewhere, somehow, sometime and got this web address off my ‘Steven’ card!   The reason I say this is because at the beginning of 2009 I ceased promoting Predart and stepped back from full time consulting.

However, as it maybe helpful to you to have an overview and understanding of my background, I decided to leave the site active for the time being.

Questions I have posed to my clients:-

• Is your business eating you up?
• Are you working excessive hours for little return?
• Do you still enjoy what you’re doing … or does your ‘job’ own you?

If you get no satisfaction, enjoyment or benefit from what you are doing ... why are you still there?

It’s a fair question to ask? Why are you doing this to yourself if you’re not happy? Working should be an enjoyable part of your life ... not a 24/7 stressful drain on your life! Get your business under control, get it profitable, create success and get on with the joy of living and giving!

Sometimes the eye of an outsider sees things you don’t.  Business owners and managers are often so involved in the day-to-day running of their business they never give themselves permission to stop, step back ... and look at their operation from an outsiders point of view! Although I am based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Australia, I have undertaken many projects and consultancies overseas in countries such as Papua New Guinea, Africa, Philippines and Indonesia. The aim of my consulting business, Predart, is to help you achieve success and to introduce you to the world of Corporate Social Responsibility.
